Thank you for shopping with us. Please review the following Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. This policy applies to all purchases made through our store.


Non-Returnable Items and Services

Due to the nature of certain products and services, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Plants, flowers, and other live goods

  • Food or other perishable items

  • Service-based orders, including but not limited to consulting services, professional services, training, or appointment-based services

  • Digital or virtual products, including downloadable content or online access

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale, including products within designated final sale collections

All such purchases are considered final once completed and/or fulfilled.


Return Window (Eligible Physical Products Only)

Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return requests submitted after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • Item must be in the same condition as received

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team within the return window

  • Wait for return confirmation and instructions before sending the item back

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted


Return Shipping Fee

  • A flat return shipping fee of $10 USD will be charged per return

  • This fee will be deducted from the refund amount

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns of eligible physical products.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus:

  • The $10 flat return shipping fee

  • The 10% restocking fee

  • Any original shipping charges


Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Requests for exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, and supporting photos or documentation may be required.


Service-Based Orders

Service-based orders do not involve physical shipment and are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased and/or fulfilled, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated on the product or service page.
