  • The leaves are linear, distinctively drooping, with turned tips that bend when touched, smooth reddish-orange edges, and green in the middle.
  • The leaves are densely packed and spirally arranged on short stems, spreading radially in a rosette shape;
  • From late spring to midsummer, milky white bell-shaped flowers bloom in panicles more than 1 meter high, gradually opening from bottom to top. The flowers are large and drooping.
  • An evergreen shrub, 6-8 feet tall and the same width, with a medium growth rate;
  • Low maintenance, tolerant of heat, moisture, drought, salt, cold and deer.
  • Prefers full sun and well-drained sandy soil and is ideal as a barrier, accent plant and for rock or drought-tolerant gardens.
