Every dog has different living habits. After booking, please inform Dog Hero in advance about your dog's temperament, daily routine, walking routes, feeding methods, and any special precautions.

If you have other needs, please let us know in advance. As long as the requests are reasonable and safe dog-care tasks, we will do our best to accommodate them.

Tasks that exceed the service time, fall outside the service scope, or require additional handling may incur extra charges.
