  • Common certification documents include: power of attorney (for real estate sales, court litigation, banking business), certificate of singleness, divorce judgment, no criminal record, and birth certificate for American babies returning to China
  • From November 7, 2023, Hague Certification will officially replace Level 3 Certification. Documents used in China only need to be certified by Hague.
